Environmental Management
Acquired ISO 14001 Certification (Environmental Management System)
We invest in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, cutting carbon output, and improving energy efficiency by modernizing cooling dryers and dust collectors, and by replacing fuel-based systems with electricity or LNG.
Expanded LNG (city gas) facilities and replaced transport vehicles with electric models
Installed automated packaging and transfer systems to minimize forklift usage
Implemented an automatic plastic waste collection and compression system, reducing the need for forklift/truck transport and eliminating the use of packaging materials for waste storage
Ensuring transparent waste management through the Allbaro System, which monitors the full lifecycle of industrial waste—from discharge to final treatment—using internet and RFID technologies. Terminal devices installed on waste transport vehicles transmit location data every 12 seconds, and CCTV footage from the plant is sent to the Korea Environment Corporation for real-time tracking and traceability.

We grow together with diverse communities and support the underprivileged through regular donations to organizations such as the Chungnam Newspaper Senior Welfare Fund, UNICEF, the Red Cross, Big Dream, Aeseowon, and Babpeo Community.

Additional benefits include vacation subsidies and participation in employee vacation support programs offered by the Korea Tourism Organization.
